The Role

The CTO at Lytus will spearhead the company's technological initiatives, driving the execution of a comprehensive technology strategy of having state-of-the-art technology platform solutions that supports business growth across various sectors, including Audio and Video OTT, HealthTech platforms, and Data Centers. This leadership role will demand strategic vision, expertise in cutting-edge technologies, and an innovative approach to product development and infrastructure management. The CTO will ensure seamless technology integration and scalability while staying ahead of emerging industry trends like AI, IoT, and cybersecurity.

  • Develop and implement forward-looking technology strategies aligned with Lytus's business objectives.
  • Lead innovation and technological advancements across Audio/Video OTT, HealthTech, FinTech, and Cloud Services.
  • Oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of technology solutions, ensuring system scalability, efficiency, and security.
  • Drive the implementation of cloud strategy and manage data centers to ensure robust infrastructure performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate technology into business processes and solutions.
  • Foster and manage strategic technology partnerships and vendor relationships.

  • 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cloud computing, AI, IoT, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong background in product development, engineering practices, and large-scale infrastructure management.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and digital transformation across multiple industries.
