# Role Overview

1. We are looking for a Designer with 0–3 years of experience to join our creative team. The role involves conceptualizing and creating visually engaging designs for both digital and print media. You will collaborate with various teams to develop assets that communicate ideas, enhance brand identity, and support marketing campaigns effectively.

## Key Responsibilities

1. Design and produce a variety of creative assets, including social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, website visuals, and print designs.
2. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize campaigns that align with brand objectives.
3. Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and adhere to established guidelines.
4. Create compelling visual concepts to communicate ideas that captivate and inspire the target audience.
5. Prepare and optimize designs for different platforms, ensuring high quality and resolution.
6. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
7. Stay up-to-date with design trends and implement innovative approaches to projects.

## Qualifications

1. 0–3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or open-source design tools (Inkscape, GIMP, Scribus). Candidates with experience in open-source software will be preferred.
3. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
4. Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
5. Experience with web design or UI/UX is an advantage.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
